Mercredi ? Soirée ! Je t'attends chez moi pour passer une soirée différente : une expérience sous le signe de la bonne bouffe et du partage !
Calendrier des recettes (début à 19h30) : - 18/2 : risotto piémontais - 18/3 : focaccia aux légumes de saison On va préparer ensemble une recette traditionnelle, parfaite pour une soirée entre amis, dont tu apprendras la réalisation et les secrets. Après le cours, on dégustera le plat préparé et on trinquera avec un bon vin. L'expérience sera confirmée dès qu'on aura 4 participants. On te demande de nous signaler toute allergie ou intolérance au moment de la réservation. On fera de notre mieux pour répondre à tes besoins, mais en cas d'allergies graves, on ne peut pas garantir l'absence de contamination.

- We enjoyed a lovely 4 course lunch with wine and coffee. Gabriela guided us through the preparation and cooking of our fresh Gnocchi. We also picked up lots of hints and tips for the prearartion of Aubergine starter and a Tiramasu sweet. We left with the recipes to prepare these at home. We really enjoyed the delicious food and this experience with Gabriela, highly recommended!
- Gabriella was very patient, gracious and an experienced cook. She gave us lots of info and tips on making homemade pasta, she even shared her recipes! I informed our Viking tour guide about her and he was very excited to learn a new experience he could suggest. It was a lot of fun!
- My husband and I love to do cooking experiences when we visit other countries and we both agreed, this is the best one we have ever done. The food was fantastic, but Gabriella and her husband were fabulous, they were so welcoming and absolutely bewitching to be around. Gabriella's passion for food is infectious. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to create and eat gorgeous food. Thank you both so much, we had the best time!
