« Je cuisine des plats traditionnels de Catane, ma cuisine suit les saisons : je n'utilise que des légumes de saison que j'achète sur les marchés historiques « a piscaria » et « a fera o Luni », à quelques kilomètres de chez moi. Je cuisine le poisson « qui passe », donc si c'est la saison du thon, il sera présent sur ma table, si c'est plutôt le capone (lambuca) qui passe, ce sera lui ; il en va de même pour les seiches, les calmars ou les cigales de mer ».

: What a lovely experience this was. The warmth began as soon as Andreas greeted me and took me into their home. The food was amazing, especially served on the terrase in the catania sun with a view of the city and the sea. Food flowed. Wine flowed. Conversation flowed. Time passed two quickly, but perhaps that’s how these moments of time are supposed to go. I would so highly recommend .Griazella and Andreas as a Catania experience. Grazie a dua!

: Graziella and Andrea are a beautiful couple with a home that they open to all! My grandmother and I attended not knowing what to expect but we came out with lovely knowledge on the area, some stories and also how to cook! Cannot recommend them more!!
