Bonjour de la part de Matilde !

Matilde nous accueille dans une villa historique à la campagne, aux portes de Lecce, considérée comme la ville la plus baroque d'Italie.Notre Cesarina a toujours aimé cuisiner, surtout pour sa famille, et préparer à la maison tout ce que l'on peut acheter, comme du pain, des biscuits et des desserts de toutes sortes. Elle aime organiser des événements pour ses amis et ses nouveaux invités : « Je suis certaine que devenir une Cesarina me permettra de rendre mon amour pour la cuisine encore plus amusant. »

: Great and fun cooking experience!we learned to prepare homemade pasta and a mandarini crostata. We've learned so much and she gave us a lot of small tips that make cooking easier. Matilde and Carlo were lovely people who gave us a very warm welcome to their home. We highly recommend taking the course.
: We were received by Matilde and Carlo for a very nice time in their beatiful house. Matilde explained us how to cook pasta and tiramisu, and gave us tips and shared her experience. Carlo also shared with us how life is in Puglia anf both were really nice. They really care to make you appreciate the moment. Thank you both for the memories we will keep in mind when eating orecchiette and tiramisu !
