    A Day in Heaven: Cooking with Elisa in Zoagli Imagine standing high above the Ligurian Sea, with the sparkling view of Portofino stretching out before you. The sun is warm, the air smells like fresh herbs, and someone hands you a glass of local wine. This is how it begins at Elisa’s Cooking Class. Elisa welcomes you like an old friend—with a bright smile, gentle charm, and a twinkle of humor. Her kitchen is full of life, laughter, and the smells of real Italian food. Together, we made soft focaccia, fresh pesto with fragrant basil, handmade pasta, and the creamiest tiramisu. Every ingredient was local, fresh, and full of love. What makes it unforgettable isn’t just the food—it’s the feeling. We cooked, we laughed, we learned. Then we sat around a beautiful table, shared what we made, drank wine, sipped limoncello, and watched the light dance over the sea. It felt like a movie scene—only better, because it was real. If you visit the Italian Riviera, treat yourself to this rare experience. Elisa’s class is not just about cooking—it’s about joy, beauty, and living slowly. Book it. Taste it. Remember it forever.

    I can’t express what an incredible experience this was for my family during our vacation. We were warmly greeted by Elisa, Marcello and their sweet niece Veronica at the entrance of their beautiful home tucked on the mountainside overlooking the water. Elisa was so attentive, made sure we all got a chance to work on every part of the meal, took tons of pictures, explained everything, used the freshest ingredients from her garden including eggs from her chickens. The raviolis and tagliatelle were tricolored making for a beautiful finished product. While the food cooked we took a tour of her garden, met the chickens and took more stunning photos of the property. They prepared a special apertivo of meats, cheese, delicious focaccia and aperol spritz drinks. We then had the main course with wine and finished with tiramisu and limoncello - all out on her patio with a nice long set table. We offered to help clean multiple times and they would not let us. They took care of everything. This experience was truly a dream and something we will never forget. Elisa, Marcello and Veronica went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience and made us feel like family. They even offered to invite our taxi driver in for tiramisu when he showed up early. We laughed a ton and we highly recommend them for your class. We will definitely be coming back! We miss them already!

    This was the best experience! We learned so much about how to cook pasta and it was delicious. They so kindly opened their home and I truly felt like I was welcomed! They made sure we had everything we needed- food, wine, limoncello, and more! We will not stop talking about how great this experience was and I could not recommend this more. If you are in Portofino, definitely take this class!!! My favorite class I have ever taken. Could not recommend any more.

    This experience was fantastic! Elisa, Marcello & Roberta were great hosts. The class was so much fun - we made focaccia, pasta dough, pesto, and tiramisu and then ate it all! It was a great night of new friends and delicious food. Living La Dolce Vita! I highly recommend. 💕

    Alla mia tavola gustosi Culurgiones conditi con un sugo di pomodoro fresco, succulento filetto di manzo, l'irresistibile focaccia Ligure e pane fatto in casa per una genuinità senza paragoni. E per concludere in dolcezza, le tradizionali Seadas sarde, arricchite con miele.
