Faremo una passeggiata guidata tra i vigneti della Caves Onze Communes (le nostre migliori etichette), fino alla nostra vigna del cuore, Raffos, dove vi aspetterà un'apericena con i gusti tipici del nostro territorio: formaggi, salumi e stuzzicherie varie a km zero accompagnati da vini valdostani.

- Alessia was a wonderful host. The food was delicious and she told me about the local customs and traditions. She made me feel like home. I highly recommend this experience to all the people who want to find out more about the food and culture of Valle d'Aosta.
- Merci à Alessia pour cette magnifique expérience. Son accueil chaleureux nous a permis d'apprendre à faire de vraies pâtes à l'italienne et du tiramisu. Cette expérience de cuisine chez l'habitant et le partage d'un repas avec sa famille étaient vraiment formidables. Je la recommande vivement ; c'est une femme exceptionnelle qui a beaucoup de choses à raconter et à enseigner, en plus de proposer une excellente dégustation de son vin produit localement.
- With a very warm welcome, we experienced the “pasta & tiramisu lovers”. The secrets of making your one pasta, the traditional way. Also the tiramisu was a great success. Alessia is made for this “job”, she takes al the time and makes you feel comfortable. She shares her own house, tells you everything about the Italian way of live (and cooking). It was a superb experience, grazie mille Alessia. A strong recommandation for those who are stil in a doubt…
- Alessia provided the most warm welcome and put my wife at ease immediately as she was a little apprehensive but it was like me going round to your best friend or favourite aunties house. We picked some secret tips and enjoyed the hospitality of her talented daughter Karen and humorous husband Andrea. Tasting wine from their own vineyard was an absolute pleasure and unexpected treat. If you are thinking about this just say ‘why not’ and do it.🙏

"Amo la cucina povera, soprattutto quella della tradizione. Sono una persona semplice e vivo la vita scandita dalle stagioni tra il lavoro in vigna e quello in montagna. Vi aspetto per un tuffo nel passato e nella tradizione!"
