: We were so happy learning with Elena. My favorite part was the family meal we had together with her and her charming husband. We made thick spaghetti with a simple tomato sauce and gnocchi with a pesto she made herself. Delicious tiramisu. This will be the highlight of our trip. The one thing we will always remember. So kind and welcoming.
: Wonderful evening. Gracious and kind host. Was awesome to cook in her home. She is passionate about the craft. Food was great. Highly recommend.
: Elena was great. She was very patient with us when teaching us. Also Elena and her husband offered to take us back to our hotel after the class was over. I would recommend Elena to any one wanting to take this cooking class.
: We had so much fun. Elena was an excellent host and teacher. Making ravioli and lasagna and tiramisu was one of the highlights of our entire trip. We truly loved the experience and highly recommend the class and Elena as a host!
