La nostra cooking class con Genny è stata veramente piacevole. La famiglia ci ha riservato una calorosa accoglienza in un ambiente funzionale e raffinato, dove il moderno sposa armonicamente la tradizione toscana. Genny trasmette competenze antiche e preziose con naturalezza ed un entusiasmo contagioso. Siamo tornati a casa con la voglia di provare subito a replicare quello che abbiamo imparato a cucinare, in particolare l’ineguagliabile tiramisù.

Our cooking class with Genny was one of the highlights of our trip! This was an authentic (and delicious) way to learn how to cook regional dishes— but also a truly enjoyable way to spend an evening. We had a blast visiting with Genny’s family and talking with the other couple in our class. Would 100% recommend this to anyone staying in the area!!!

Genny B. was the most gracious host to teach us how to make pasta in her home. We felt like part of her family learning her recipes, talking, eating, drinking, eating some more. It was absolutely magical and the best part of visiting Italy! I will never forget the experience and was proud of what we made. Genny and her family are the best teachers and ambassadors of Italy. I can’t wait to meet them again.

Cesarina Genny was amazing! She and her family were so welcoming and kind. They really wanted us to feel comfortable and to feel at home. We made pasta by hand, using the same base for both ravioli and fettucini. We also made a phenomenal tiramisu. Genny explained each step in detail and helped us when we needed it. She kindly took over when we had difficulties — it made us smile! She shared how they make these dishes for Christmas and Easter, which inspired my wife and me to carry on this tradition in our own home. We plan to use the recipes she gave us to surprise our friends with a meal made from scratch. This experience was special, and we are so grateful for the time we spent with Genny and her family.
