Our cooking with Angela was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment we met, her kindness and warmth in opening up her house to us created an atmosphere that made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Angela’s attention to each person’s needs was truly remarkable, ensuring that we not only learned the techniques but also understood the story behind every dish. What stood out the most was the clear love Angela infused in this experience. This is the kind of experience that stays with you, the kind you carry in your heart long after. Angela runs an excellent class; her English is excellent and the knowledge that she was able to pass onto me was A1. I enjoyed the pasta making and the Tiramisu was excellent. There needs to be an improvement in the way cesarine pass messages for the event

Our experience with Maria Angela was wonderful! She is warm, funny and wants to share the history of pasta, Modena and her family. We made tortelloni, pasta and tiramisu. The pasta was served with her own ragu made prior to our visit. All was delicious! A very hands on experience. We highly recommend it!

A Wednesday very well spent! Angela offered up her home and her expertise to strangers, and with every tool to make pasta imaginable, her fingers nimble and sure, there was a story to follow every ingredient, and a love for food and the connection that can be found and shared in cooking together. Pasta was both made and consumed, as was the tiramisu; the table laden with "Angela treats", the air filled with laughter and the aromas of the meal just prepared and consumed. For anyone wanting to learn a bit about Italian culture, and get one's hands dirty doing it...I would 100% recommend Maria Angela as their Cesarine !!!!!

Angela provided a great experience! She really went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and was a very gracious host. I really enjoyed learning how to make tortelloni and tiramisu.
