Ho una grande passione per la preparazione artigianale della pasta fresca, dai tortellini ai tortelloni ricotta e spinaci, dalle tagliatelle agli gnocchi di patate. Adoro anche creare risotti, utilizzando le verdure di stagione o arricchendoli con formaggi, accompagnati dall'Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena. La mia creatività si estende anche alle torte salate a base di verdure e ai dolci, in particolare alle crostate con marmellate biologiche e ai dolci tradizionali della cucina modenese. Essendo una Sommelier diplomata AIS e insegnante di corsi sul vino, trovo grande soddisfazione nell'abbinare ogni piatto al vino perfetto. Se l'ospite è appassionato di vino e lo desidera, posso anche organizzare degustazioni guidate per offrire un'esperienza più approfondita.

- My husband and I had a great experience with Barbara. She arranged a convenient way for us to meet her for transportation to the winery high in the hills of Modena and to her lovely home afterwards for lunch. Harvest was just beginning at the winery but the owner and her son stopped their work to give us a tour and tasting of multiple wines. Barbara, as a sommelier, added many insights to the conversation. The lunch at her home was absolutely delicious (with very generous portions) - overall, the best meal we had on our 16-day trip filled with many good meals! Barbara is personable and charming. Throughout the meal, she explained her recipes and techniques. We throughly enjoyed our day and highly recommend this experience.

The wine tasting event was very well organized: a truly interesting and informative tour accompanied by delicious wines and tasty nibbles in a beautiful scenery!
