Mehl, Eier, Salz und Öl verwandeln sich in einen Zauber, der dich in die Tradition zurückversetzt. Du rollst den Teig nach alten Rezepten aus und machst Tagliatelle und gefüllte Ravioli. Die Soßen variieren je nach den saisonalen Schätzen, die uns die Natur schenkt. Das Erlebnis endet mit der Zubereitung eines leckeren Tiramisu.

- Luisa & Rita were amazing hosts! We felt welcomed from the very first moment we arrived. Luisa & Rita spoke Spanish, English, and Italian. We were able to make two delicious pastas, while being taught a lot of tips and tricks. We also were able to make traditional tiramisu which was great. They went above and beyond to make the process enjoyable. We felt as if we had such an authentic experience the entire evening! We even tried their restaurant recommendations the next day, and they were a total hit! This is an absolute must-do if you want to immerse yourself into the local culture and traditions in a personal manner.
- Abbiamo avuto il piacere di passare un’ottima giornata in compagnia di Luisa e Rita che ci hanno accolto con grande gentilezza e disponibilità. Abbiamo passato la mattinata immersi nella natura offerta dalla loro tenuta, con spiegazioni di piante e frutti, fino a passare per il ricco orto e i loro animali. Successivamente abbiamo potuto gustare il cibo offerto da questi in riva della bellissima piscina in cui abbiamo assaporato un ottimo aperitivo fatto in casa, con una gustosa frittata di uova appena “sfornate” e cibi di provenienza locale accompagnati a dell’ottimo vino. La disponibilità e la gentilezza delle due ragazze ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Torneremo sicuramente per un’esperienza serale.

- What a wonderful experience! We felt very welcomed from the moment we arrived, and we really enjoyed learning how to make pasta & tiramisu. Best of all -- eating the delicious food we made! We appreciated the special touches -- including the homemade torta al formaggio, olives from their own trees, and having the extra tiramisu packaged for us to take home.
