- My friend and I had such a lovely time with Paola & Rosanna at their cooking school. We expected to learn how to make homemade pasta but we experienced so much more. We were welcomed, treated and honestly felt like family even though we just met. They shared a real glimpse into their life and cooking traditions - and were so patient as we tried to learn how to do the pasta shapes properly. The meal was delicious but so special as we felt like we knew each other forever even thought it was just a short time. It is these types of authentic moments that enrich your world and provide memories and connections you don’t forget. Don’t miss this wonderful experience and these amazing people.

- We spent a lovely afternoon at Cesarine making and eating delicious dishes. We picked fresh vegetables from their garden which were used in the meal. While sipping on espresso we made the Tiramisu. The pasta sauce was started and cooked over an open fire. Following this we made the oracchiette and cavatelli pasta. Paola was helpful and patient while we tried these new techniques. We were offered a lovely rose and Paola showed us how to use the pasta maker to make fettuccine to accompany the pesto. Then it was time to eat a fabulous meal. Many extra dishes were added to our meal including frizzele, fresh mozzarella, flavorful fennel, fried eggplant and salami. It was a perfect meal highlighting all the flavours of Puglia. Thank you Rosana and Paola!
- Paola and her daughter are super nice. We had a great experience beginning with collecting the ingredientes from their vegetable garden. Paola is very patient and she’s a great teacher. She taught us how to make the best tiramisu I have ever had and two delicious pastas. We really loved this experience!!!
