    Entdecke die Cavatelli, eine typische Pasta aus Bari, die aus Hartweizengrieß und Wasser gemacht wird. Diese rustikale Pasta kann je nach Geschmack und Jahreszeit auf verschiedene Arten zubereitet werden. Im Winter passen Cavatelli perfekt zu Rüben, im Sommer bringt eine einfache Sauce aus frischen Tomaten, Basilikum und Ricotta den Geschmack der apulischen Tradition zur Geltung. In diesem Kochkurs zeige ich dir, wie man handgemachte Cavatelli und die perfekte Sauce für jede Jahreszeit zubereitet. Am Ende kannst du das Gericht zusammen mit einem Glas Wein aus der Region probieren. Außerdem machen wir zusammen eine leckere Marmeladentarte, die das perfekte Dessert zum Abschluss des Essens ist. Das Menü ist vegetarisch, kann aber ganz einfach vegan angepasst werden, wenn du das möchtest!

    What a privilege to be invited into Sara's home, to taste her amazing home cooking. A true professional, Sara gave us insights and details of the dishes she made. Her wonderful family were to hand for translating, which greatly helped our experience. Their kindest and generosity was so evident in their homely food. Local ingredients cooked by a local chef, served in a local home. Such a fabulous memory making experience. Thanks so very much to Sara, her daughter & partner for their hospitality.     Cooking with Sara in her home was a fantastic experience. She shared her knowledge of Italian cooking and the secrets and techniques for success. She was well organized, the sauces for the pastas we made were done in advance. We totally expect we’ll be able to recreate what we prepared with her when we return home. Her cooking was done with love and we were able to share the time with her daughter who assisted her and were joined for lunch by her daughter’s lovely husband and their son. Truly a highlight of our time in Puglia.

    Ich liebe es, traditionelle apulische Gerichte nach Rezepten zu kochen, die mir meine Mutter beigebracht hat. Ich habe gerne Freunde und Verwandte zu Besuch und sorge immer dafür, dass sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen.
