In unserem typischen Backsteinhaus auf dem Land in der Toskana werdet ihr mit einer Platte mit Wurst und Käse aus unserer Region und einem Glas Prosecco begrüßt. Ihr lernt, wie man mit Kartoffeln und Speck gefüllte Tordelli zubereitet, angefangen bei der Zubereitung des Teigs aus Mehl und Eiern bis hin zum Verschließen jedes einzelnen Tortello von Hand. Gemeinsam bereiten wir auch die berühmten Tagliatelle zu, die mit der typischen weißen Ragù-Sauce aus dem Val di Chiana serviert werden. Zum Abschluss könnt ihr ein köstliches Tiramisu probieren, dessen Zubereitung ihr von Grund auf lernen werdet, von der Pasteurisierung der Eier bis zum Bestreuen mit Schokolade.

My husband and I recently took a cooking class with Anna and Stefano at their home in Montepulciano. It was hands on and delicious food but also they welcome you into their home as though you were friends. It was an altogether lovely time that I highly recommend. Great people and great food!

Anna and Stephano did an excellent job showing us each steps of how to make the three dishes. They made it feel achievable and like you could duplicate it in your own home. I can’t wait to try some of the recipes on my own. Aside from showing us the steps, they also hosted us with a wonderful snack followed by our homemade pasta and dessert. You will not leave hungry. Their home is beautiful and gives you a sense of how Italians live. I would recommend them to friends and hope to visit again.
