Ich koche gerne einige typische Rezepte aus Italien, aber noch lieber versuche ich, die kulinarischen Traditionen des Piemonts fortzuführen. Mehl und Eier dürfen in meiner Küche nicht fehlen, ebenso wie hausgemachte Pasta, die ich mit saisonalen Soßen serviere. Das beliebteste Gericht am Samstagabend ist Pizza. Ich lege großen Wert auf die Verwendung des besten Mehls und die richtigen Gärzeiten. Ich koche gerne mit meinen Töchtern, die meine Gerichte mit ihrer Fantasie bereichern.

- I’m delighted to share my experience from the “Cooking Class on Flatbreads and Pizza” with Domenico Furia and his wife. From the moment I arrived, their warmth and hospitality made me feel like welcome guests in an Italian home. The class was beautifully organized, hands-on, and full of practical tips—everything from choosing good flour, shaping, and baking for that perfect crust. Domenico’s knowledge of Italian techniques shone through, and his wife added thoughtful touches that made the session flow with ease—answering questions, offering tastings, and sharing little stories that brought the recipes to life. I learned, and left with skills I can actually use. I wholeheartedly recommend this class. If you’re looking for a memorable, delicious, and genuinely welcoming culinary experience, Domenico and his wife deliver it with heart.
- Abbiamo scelto l’esperienza pizza e focaccia e abbiamo fatto la scelta giusta ! Domenico ci ha spiegato passo dopo passo il procedimento per fare una pizza buonissima . La formula delle cesarine ci è piaciuta molto perché oltre ad imparare lo svolgimento di un piatto o una ricetta è un’esperienza unica e ti da modo di conoscere persone meravigliose come Domenico e la sua famiglia ! - Domenico and his family were exceptional hosts! We spent two weeks in Torino and did this experience on our final night. It was the highlight of our entire trip! We even watched Italy play in the Euros with them! If you’re in the area, don’t hesitate to request Domenico to be your instructor. We took a taxi from our Airbnb in the Centro area. It was a little further than I would have hoped initially but it was completely worth the ride and Domenico helped us get a taxi to return to our Airbnb. I can’t say enough good things about them. He enter his tiramisu in contests and he’ll shows you all of his secrets. Next time we’re in Torino we’ll be doing the pizza class with Domenico.
