Hallo von Sara!
Ich liebe es, die Rezepte meiner Mutter wiederzuentdecken und typische toskanische Gerichte anzubieten. Ich habe einen Sauerteig und backe Brot, Pizza, Focaccia, Brötchen, Piadina und Grissini, alles zu Hause mit verschiedenen Mehlsorten. Ich mache auch vegane Gerichte, aber traditionelle, von denen man nicht denken würde, dass sie vegan sind. Meine Küche ist rustikal und einfach, mit einem Blick auf Nachhaltigkeit. Ich mache Desserts aus der Speisekammer und süße Hefeteiggebäckstücke.

- The cooking class was a blast. Sara and her son were so nice and welcoming it really felt like we were friends hanging out in their home. We learned a lot, ate the amazing food we made, and had a spectacular view of the Tuscan hills.
- Our cooking class with Sarah and her son Lorenzo was so much fun ! We all enjoyed it! They were so welcoming and the dishes we made all came out delicious!! We will definitely do this again.
