(Omar Falworth) It's a unique experience: together we will create fresh pasta in the colors of the rainbow, preparing multicolored dough, filling for pasta roses and tagliatelle. Subsequently, we will season with fresh cherry tomatoes enriched by basil, garlic, salt, and black pepper. We will also prepare a simple but delicious traditional Sicilian dessert - Ricotta Tiramisu or Watermelon Jelly, depending on the season. At the end of our culinary workshop, we will taste the freshly prepared dishes while admiring a magnificent view over the Sicilian coast.

: Graziella was a very gracious and accommodating host. The experience was wonderful and the food plentiful and delicious. (Just FYI...the "experience" was about a 25 minute drive outside of Cefalu, not walking distance, and kinda hard to find)

Cefalù is a charming town with a suggestive atmosphere, rich in history, architecture and traditions, famous above all for the Norman cathedral, it is surrounded by the Madonie Park and a wonderful sea. A few steps from the center lives our Cesarina in a cozy villa with a garden.Here we meet Graziella who brings traditional dishes to the table that reflect Norman, Arab and Greek influences. And taste the unique products: oil, almonds, olives, fish, preserves and cheeses. And again the wines: white, black, rosé, excellent for enhancing the great variety of Sicilian cuisine. Because food is above all culture: tasting means visiting and touching the history of Cefalù.
