It will be a unique experience, you will learn how to make meatballs or bread balls, we will prepare the sauce where they will be cooked and fresh egg pasta (spaghetti alla chitarra). Our dessert will be a typical Sicilian dessert the biancomangiare, a delicious milk cream with lots of cinnamon that evokes the ancient flavors, the flavors of Sicilian families. We will taste, finally, what we have cooked while admiring beautiful sunsets all accompanied by good local wine. I am waiting for you to cook with me it will be a blast

: We (3) had a very nice and delicious feast at Graziellas flat with a wonderful view.

: We had an amazing night at Graziella's place. We arrived at her place around 5pm and could enjoy a beautiful view over the sea from her balcony. We started with making tiramisu and after that we made two different kinds of pastas. It was a really fun and satisfying activity to do. Graziella was very kind and clear in her instructions. We ended the night by having diner (eating the pastas and tiramisu), and enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine.
: A very special and memorable evening with our wonderful host Graziella. Welcoming, warm, funny, and patient with my lack of culinary skills! We made great food together. What a way to spend my 58th birthday. Graziella has inspired me to start cooking myself ! Wholeheartedly recommend Graziella.

Cefalù is a charming town with a suggestive atmosphere, rich in history, architecture and traditions, famous above all for the Norman cathedral, it is surrounded by the Madonie Park and a wonderful sea. A few steps from the center lives our Cesarina in a cozy villa with a garden.Here we meet Graziella who brings traditional dishes to the table that reflect Norman, Arab and Greek influences. And taste the unique products: oil, almonds, olives, fish, preserves and cheeses. And again the wines: white, black, rosé, excellent for enhancing the great variety of Sicilian cuisine.
