Are you ready for an authentic Sicilian culinary experience?
I'll teach you how to make real eggplant parmigiana, a starter brimming with Sicilian flavors that will let you discover how a simple dish can release fresh and authentic tastes. Then, we'll prepare cavatelli, a pasta made from semolina and water, with an intense flavor, which we'll dress with cherry tomatoes and almonds. Finally, we'll conclude with dessert - Ricotta Tiramisu, prepared with local ricotta, espresso coffee, and lots of love, following my mom's recipe. We will accompany this culinary adventure with some cool local wine. You cannot visit Cefalù without tasting its traditional dishes, I promise you great emotions!
