During this cooking class, I will guide you in preparing three classic Tuscan recipes passed down from my family. Together, we will make traditional Tuscan crostini with organic products, fresh pici pasta with garlic sauce, and finish with a delicious rustic apple cake.
All of this will take place in a dream location: a perfectly restored small medieval Tuscan village, nestled among rolling hills of vineyards and olive groves. You can savor wines and oils produced by the farm while admiring the breathtaking panorama from our infinity pool. Get ready to experience all five senses in the heart of the Tuscan countryside!

- Barbara was a wonderful host! She made us feel welcome and at home right away. We had a small class of 7 participants and it was a great size for enjoyable conversation, laughing, and learning. The recipes were easy to follow and execute - not to mention tasty. The best part was the tiramisu which was heavenly. Barbara is a skilled culinary educator and a lovely person. This was a great experience and was a memorable highlight of our trip to Italy! Grazie!

Cesarina from 2018Location: Castellina in Chianti Languages: French, English, ItalianBarbara welcomes us in a corner of paradise near Siena, immersed in the nature of wonderful Tuscany, one of the most beautiful cities of the region. A perfect location surrounded by the Sienese hills, where she loves to welcome her guests and serve typical dishes from her region. Our Cesarina is very careful about the choice of ingredients, she prefers organic products sourced locally. The vegetables are harvested from her vegetable garden, the flours are ground from ancient grains that come from a small stone mill near her house.
