During the cooking demonstration, I will guide you step by step through the preparation of the famous "Pizzoccheri della Valtellina," revealing the secrets to perfect results. At the end, you can sit down at the table, and if the weather permits, outside in my garden, to enjoy the full menu, immersed in the authentic atmosphere of Valtellina.

My wife and I had an amazing pasta making experience with Anna-Maria. It was truly an authentic Italian experience. She was so welcoming and made it feel like we joined her family dinner. While we made ravioli and tagliatelle together, she had a charcuterie board, focaccia bread, Caprese salad, and grilled peppers and tomatoes prepared as an appetizer to have while we waited for the dough to rise. To top it all off she had a beautiful view from her home to enjoy while eating. I highly recommend this experience!
