Laura welcomes you to Bergamo with a unique culinary experience, offering you the chance to savor the typical products of the Bergamo region, accompanied by homemade bread and focaccia.

Specialties not to be missed include Sciat, delicious cheese pancakes, and the irresistible "Scarpinocc": fresh pasta filled with a tasty low-fat filling, handed down faithfully for generations following an old family recipe. To end on a sweet note, we will delight you with a classic of Bergamo tradition: the Quarenghi cake, typical of the Imagna valley. Everything will be accompanied by excellent wines, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Laura ci ha spalancato le porte di casa e ci ha inondato di entusiasmo. Ha saputo trasformare un 'corso' in un esperienza in cui gli ingredienti principali sono passione, dedizione e familiarità. La magia è stata entrare da una sconosciuta ed uscire con il ricordo di un pranzo in famiglia e le mani sporche di farina. Esperienza consigliatissima!!!

My name is Laura and I have always loved cooking and taking the time to do it. I inherited the passion for cooking from my mother, and then deepened it at the courses at the Alta Scuola di Cucina Cordon Bleu, Da Vittorio pastry making and natural cooking with the biologist Dr. Giuliana Gargano at the IRCCS foundation. I love gathering my family around a table set with my recipes that I make with love and passion. I enjoy shopping at seasonal markets, traveling and trying local cuisine, and taking inspiration from what stimulates my creativity.
