Learn to cook a delicious three-course meal featuring typical ingredients from the Valley! We'll start by preparing an apple cake using apples gathered from nearby fields. While the cake bakes, we'll focus on lasagna, making fresh pasta and béchamel sauce, then layering it with cooked ham and fontina cheese, the delightful Valle d'Aosta 'flagship' pairing. Finally, we'll prepare hot crostini topped with hazelnut crumble: the first with lardo on local black bread, and the second with thin pear slices, melting the classic local Bleu d'Aoste cheese over them. We'll then sit down to enjoy the dishes we've prepared. Of course, good wine will be included!

We were doing this for the first time and it was a very successful evening. We were warmly welcomed by Andrea. She showed us how she makes the ravioli herself, and they were also very delicious. Beforehand, we tasted local cheese and an excellent sausage as an antipasto. For the main course, there were also homemade involtini with cheese and ham, because cheese and ham are typical ingredients of a dish in the Aosta Valley. And finally, we had a Crema di Cogne - a kind of chocolate mousse, which is also very popular here. It would have been even nicer if she had had time to eat with us. Andrea told us a lot about the local eating habits. It was a fascinating evening and we can happily recommend her.

A thoroughly enjoyable morning. Ebike tour of Aosta Valley which included a visit to an apple orchard, delicious pastries and finished with a cheese & meat board in the most beautiful setting. This was more than a traditional walking street food tour. A wonderful way to explore the beautiful valley with a friendly, knowledgeable and thoughtful host. I felt well looked after and relaxed. Thank you Adriana

What a lovely and unique experience cooking at Adriana`s home! We learned how to make 2 kinds of pasta and tiramisu, and it was delicious. We felt that Adriana went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.

I'm Milanese by origin but Valdostana by adoption, I've been living here for 10 years but I've always spent my holidays in the Valley, and its cuisine has always been synonymous with vacation and well-being for me. In everyday life I cook tasty but healthy dishes for my family, but when I invite friends and family I like to go wild preparing more elaborate and rich dishes, as are often those of the mountain tradition.
