Experience a unique cooking journey in my home in Monticanaglia, just a few kilometers from the enchanting beaches of the Costa Smeralda and the glamour of Porto Cervo. Here, surrounded by the scents of Sardinia, I will guide you step by step in preparing dishes that tell our tradition and our passion for good food, so you can easily recreate them in your own kitchen!

The course begins with two typical pasta starters: gnocchetti sardi, soft and flavorful, and a classic Italian first course, tagliatelle. We will work fresh pasta by hand and discover the secrets to perfect sheets. And to finish on a sweet note, we will prepare tiramisu together, the iconic dessert of Italian culinary tradition.

If you are lucky enough to be in Sardinia, this class is a MUST do!! We loved every minute of our class with Tomaso. We ended up being the only ones in the class and had the time of our lives. He was extremely hospitable and we learned lots about Sardinian Gnocchi as well as Tiramisu. It was informative and fun, and we had one of our best meals with him and his mother. This is a must do even if you do not like cooking! We learned so much and ate such good food!!

I am a hospitality professional with over forty years of experience and a deep passion for cooking. I live in a small village in Gallura, just a few kilometers from the beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda and Porto Cervo, a land that deeply inspires my way of cooking. I enjoy sharing traditional Gallurese recipes and more, prepared with genuine ingredients and a respect for simplicity: handmade fresh pasta, Gallurese soup, traditional desserts, and other specialties. Each dish is enhanced by organic, locally sourced products and paired with local wines that truly express the character of the region. Over the years, I have explored different cuisines, developing a personal style that blends tradition and creativity. I firmly believe that cooking is a universal language that brings people together and creates lasting memories. During my cooking classes, I aim to share techniques, knowledge, and little secrets of the trade, creating a friendly, stimulating, and fun environment, where cooking together becomes an experience to get to know the local area up close.
