    In this cooking class I will guide you step by step in the preparation of a soft and tasty focaccia. We will knead together flour, water, salt and yeast, learning all the secrets for perfect leavening. Meanwhile, we will also prepare Italy's signature dessert: tiramisu, while sipping a good wine. We will discover together various flavors of focaccia, such as the classic focaccia with cherry tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil or the more original focaccia with olives and fish pate. Weather permitting, we will enjoy the experience outdoors on a panoramic terrace overlooking Como's Castel Baradello. Book now, I look forward to a mouth-watering and convivial evening!

    My wife and I had an amazing pasta making experience with Anna-Maria. It was truly an authentic Italian experience. She was so welcoming and made it feel like we joined her family dinner. While we made ravioli and tagliatelle together, she had a charcuterie board, focaccia bread, Caprese salad, and grilled peppers and tomatoes prepared as an appetizer to have while we waited for the dough to rise. To top it all off she had a beautiful view from her home to enjoy while eating. I highly recommend this experience!
