Your experience
This experience will lead you, slowly, to discover the perfect pairing of food with drinks. We will build our own cocktails by pairing them with food. We will start with a Sicilian appetizer made with local cheeses, orange onion marmalade and honey, and together we will make the salty cannolo, a take on the Sicilian cannolo filled with ricotta mortadella and pistachios. To this we will pair, together with the bartender the perfect cocktail. We will continue with the preparation of the first course, a fresh stuffed pasta, seasoned with seasonal condiments. Finally we will prepare dessert, which, depending on the season, will be a fruit frost, tiramisu or the classic cannoli, fresh foods but also rich in umami that will be paired with cocktails, constructed by the bartender and guests.

A few steps from the center lives our Cesarina in a cozy villa with a garden.Here we meet Graziella who brings traditional dishes to the table that reflect Norman, Arab and Greek influences. And taste the unique products: oil, almonds, olives, fish, preserves and cheeses. And again the wines: white, black, rosé, excellent for enhancing the great variety of Sicilian cuisine. Because food is above all culture: tasting means visiting and touching the history of Cefalù.
