    Learn how to make two types of Italian pasta and a classic Italian dessert during this cookery class. Elisa and I will be there to welcome you on the lakeside terrace in Cernobbio, on Lake Como, where we’ll guide you step by step through making homemade pasta and tiramisu using unique family recipes. The course includes an aperitif, local wine and coffee, as well as the lunch or dinner prepared during the lesson and a small welcome gift.

    I am a homemaker and I love cooking for my family. I am French, but I have Italian roots on my mother’s side: my grandparents were Italian, and my grandmother, who was from Città di Castello, passed on to me her passion for handmade pasta. I grew up in a family of women where the kitchen was the heart of the home. We spent hours together preparing recipes, sharing stories, and passing down traditions. That is where I learned how food can bring people together and create special memories. I love cooking classic Italian dishes such as fresh pasta and risotto, as well as traditional French recipes connected to my culture. At the same time, I am curious and enjoy experimenting, innovating, and discovering flavors and cuisines from around the world.
