    Making puff pastry at home is one of those things that tastes like home and tradition. Of course the tools have changed but the magic is the same. The ravioli, quite large in size, can be crescent-shaped or rectangular but the filling is essential: sheep's milk ricotta. We are in the hinterland of the Marche region and fresh ricotta from spring pastures is the perfect ingredient for cargiù !

    Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy this unique and special experience, which is meant to leave a memory that has the scent of tradition.
