An authentic, intimate and convivial culinary experience. Guests will be welcomed into my home kitchen, a space designed for sharing techniques, skills and passion. During the course, we will make fresh pasta dough together, exploring the fundamentals: choosing the flour, kneading, resting and rolling. We will then move on to preparing the fillings, discussing balance, textures and combinations, before shaping the filled pasta. We will then delve into the typical dessert, tiramisu. The course is practical, straightforward and guided step by step, with clear explanations and useful tips that can be replicated at home.

To conclude, we will sit down at the table to taste the dishes we have made and enjoy the results of our work.
