Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

We are Sergio and Chiara, and we will welcome you to our farmhouse on the outskirts of Como, surrounded by greenery and a large garden. For us, cooking is an act of love and sharing, a tradition passed down from our grandmothers that we want to continue.

Together we will prepare fresh handmade pasta, learning how to make tortelli and tagliatelle according to recipes handed down in our family, using simple and authentic techniques. We will start with an aperitif, then sit down at the table to enjoy what we have prepared together. Weather permitting, we will eat outdoors in our garden. The experience includes: – fresh pasta workshop – welcome aperitif – lunch or dinner with the dishes we have prepared together – water and wine – homemade tiramisu
