Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

We are Sergio and Chiara, and we will welcome you to our farmhouse on the outskirts of Como, surrounded by greenery and a large garden. For us, cooking is an act of love and sharing, a tradition handed down from our grandmothers that we want to continue.

Together we will prepare fresh handmade pasta, learning how to make tortelli and tagliatelle according to recipes handed down in our family, using simple and authentic techniques. The experience will begin with a welcome aperitif, followed by a tasting of the dishes we have prepared together. Weather permitting, we will conclude the experience in our garden. The experience includes: – fresh pasta workshop – welcome drink – tasting of the dishes prepared together – water and wine – homemade tiramisu.
