: We had the most amazing evening at the home of @timyinsicily. We made fresh pasta busiate trapanese and cannoli with ricotta, paired with aperol and white wine. The food was delicious and we learned so much about Sicilian cooking and ingredients. The host was so friendly and welcoming, and our dinner sunset view was spectacular. A very special experience - 10/10!

For three years, I have been residing in Sicily, where I dedicate myself to writing typical Italian and Sicilian recipes, with the intent of sharing them with my Hungarian, American followers, and beyond.
