For us, bidding farewell to the sun while immersed in the nature of the Stagnone Nature Reserve is an unforgettable experience. Imagine enjoying a picnic with the genuine products from our farm and rural Sicily, surrounded by the beauty of the landscape. The experience begins with the delivery of a basket containing everything you need for your picnic. You will be welcomed by the Maltese Agricultural Company, which will guide you to an area set up with rugs and cushions, nestled among our Perricone grapevines. The menu is a celebration of local specialties: olives, mixed fried delights, pane cunzato, and much more. You will continue with delicious fried pasta and conclude on a sweet note with our mother's cookies.

: I truly don't know if it could have been a better experience. We started out making 2 fypes of pasta. The instructions were simple to understand and complete. The Mom & Son exchanges were so fun! The food we were served was all from their garden. They gave us enough food to last for at least 2 additional meals. The hospitality was top notch. If we ever come to Marsalas again, we will be doing this experience again. We loved the time we spent with them
: We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Gianfraco and Mama Maria who made us feel so welcome in their home and made the evening entertaining and fun. Their passion for food and produce shone throughout the evening. The location, decor and family history was authentic and added to the evening. Their generosity was overwhelming and their passion was evident in the food they presented to us, definitely dont eat before your class. You wont be disappointed and we recommend you try for yourself. Thank you Gianfranco, Maria and Billy.
: What a great experience!! 🫶 Gianfranco and his mother are so lovely People! 🙏😍 They love their traditions and their farm. Everything is perfectly good chosen, for the experience. From the food, to the decoration and the cooking. Gianfranco produces all by himself and he is driven by his passion for his farming. I really recommend this cooking experience. And remember to be hungry when you get there. There will be a lot of delicious stuff to taste.
: I was at Gianfranco's for a cooking course and dinner. It was amazing. Gianfranco and his parents were so kind and you really noticed that they love what they do. The food and the wines were amazing, all grown, produced and by Gianfranco and family. Such a beautiful place. I would recommend 10/10
: This experience exceeded my expectations. Gianfranco was the consummate host. We prepared 3 dishes and enjoyed several delicious wines. The antipasti was incredible and I had to be careful not to overeat, but I was sent away with the leftovers. The farm house is worth seeing just for its collection of antique tools and artwork. Highly recommended!

Our Cesarino, Gianfranco, together with his family, carries on the past, present and future of a company now in its fifth generation. The protagonists are the dishes of peasant culture, representative of Sicily, simple and essential. Ingredients of the dishes? Everything that comes from the farm at km 0, from flour to garden products, oil and wines, of course.
