It begins with a unique welcome: our artisan bread, made with home-milled flour and served with fresh, aromatic olive oil. Next, indulge in a selection of local delicacies, perfectly paired with our fine wines. Continue with a traditional Sicilian first course, crafted from the freshest ingredients from our garden. To end on a sweet note, enjoy the elegance of homemade Sicilian desserts, prepared by mom, and accompanied by a glass of Marsala or Passito di Zibibbo.

    Best and most authentic experience during our 2-weeks in Sicily! Gianfranco and his family were a pure delight and so passionate about their winery and farm. Everything we used during our cooking class came directly from their property. Mama Maria and sister Linda expertly guided us in making several dishes while keeping us laughing and smiling. Gianfranco was the perfect host and spoke excellent English. He provided us the history of his family and the dishes we were creating, and paired his wines with each course. The amount of food was beyond plentiful - we actually could not eat everything! The evening was magical and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND this experience to everyone!

    We are in Marsala, a city famous for the production of the homonymous wine, which has made it, since 1987, the "City of Wine". Our Cesarino, Gianfranco, together with his family, carries on the past, present and future of a company now in its fifth generation. The protagonists are the dishes of peasant culture, representative of Sicily, simple and essential. Ingredients of the dishes? Everything that comes from the farm at km 0, from flour to garden products, oil and wines, of course.
