Among the ancient houses of the 1400s, within a small pine grove and fruit trees, we'll prepare pizzas with various toppings to be baked in a wood-fired oven. It's truly fascinating to watch the wood slowly heat up the oven until the white dome is ready for our pizzas. It's a unique experience, we will feel like true pizza makers capable of turning out delicious pizzas, maybe not always in a perfect shape, but certainly unique! We will start our experience by preparing the dough, then we will prepare the various toppings and, while waiting for the dough to be ready, we'll have a small aperitif. We will conclude the evening with another classic of Italian cuisine, tiramisu!

With her expert guidance, I learned how to roll out and work fresh pasta with the right technique and sensitivity.
