Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

Just a stone’s throw from Rome, in the peaceful town of Fiano Romano, I’ll welcome you into my home for an authentic culinary experience dedicated to one of the great classics of Lazio cuisine. Together we’ll make handmade strozzapreti using flour from the local mill, rediscovering the pleasure of fresh pasta made in the traditional way.

The pasta will then be served with the iconic Amatriciana sauce, made with guanciale and tomatoes. I’ll share my passion for home cooking, made with wholesome ingredients, produce from the vegetable garden and simple yet flavourful recipes. A convivial experience immersed in the relaxed atmosphere of the Roman countryside, blending tradition, stories and authentic flavours.
