Your experience

We look forward to welcoming you to explore a local market together, where we’ll shop for all the fresh ingredients needed for your cooking class.

Back home, under our guidance, you’ll prepare seasonal grilled vegetables dressed with tomatoes, capers, olives, and oregano. Next, we’ll roll out fresh tagliatelle and serve it with a traditional Amatriciana sauce. To finish, we’ll bake a delicious ricotta and sour cherry tart, a specialty of Rome’s Jewish Ghetto. All accompanied by a fine glass of local wine. Immerse yourself in a fantastic culinary experience that will make your trip even more unforgettable!

Valeria gave us an absolutely outstanding evening. We cooked two types of pasta and tiramasu and she was patient and explained everything very clearly. It was a privilege to be welcomed in to her beautiful home for a truly unique and unforgettable experience with a local Roman.

A must try cooking class! Valeria and and Valentina are amazing hosts and teachers! They not only helped us create delicious pasta and tiramisu, but also offered many helpful tips and advice for our next couple days in Rome. I would 10/10 recommend their class!

We just had the best time cooking class! I believe the most memorable one in our trip to Italy. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. Valentina was so friendly and made the whole experience really fun — even for those of us who aren’t exactly pros in the kitchen. We learned how to make fresh pasta , and the most incredible tiramisu. It was all hands-on, and I loved that we actually got to cook everything ourselves. The ingredients were fresh, the space was beautiful, and the pace was perfect — relaxed but still full of great tips and tricks. The best part was sitting down at the end to enjoy everything we made together (with some wine, of course!). I left feeling so inspired and already planning to try the recipes at home. Highly recommend this experience if you love food, , and a good relax day such a memorable day! Grazie!

Valeria and Valentina are two exceptional people who showed, from the very first step one sets foot into their house, the passion and dedication with wich they do this cooking experience. It has been a pleasure meeting them. They gave me a warm welcome and opened their hearts as well as their knowledge when it comes to preparing delicious pasta and tiramisu. I found extraodinary this way of sharing our cultures and a bit of our lives.

Parioli is a Roman neighborhood that holds a unique charm. It distinguishes itself by its marvelous buildings and large green areas. This neighborhood offers up so many different facets and after the Second World War it began to get noticed, becoming the hang out place of famous movie stars, important theater actors and diplomats from all over the world. The history of Parioli, however, dates back to the Roman period. Later, during the Middle Ages, the neighborhood was known as "Pelaiolo", a peasant term referring to the fruit of the pear tree. We greet you here in Parioli in our period home. Both lovers of the culinary arts, we have always enjoyed spending lots of time cooking and trying out new recipes, from the past and present. Our dishes are full of the memories and flavors of childhood, and our table setting is elegant and full of colors that vary according to the seasons. Our preparations tend to revolve around baked goods (bread, breadsticks, taralli), all strictly homemade using our own sourdough starter and extra virgin olive oil which we also produce ourselves.
