This experience allows you to discover Italian cuisine starting from its origin: the market. We will begin with a walk through the stalls of the local market, where I will show you how to choose fresh, quality products, explaining the seasonality of the ingredients and their use in traditional cuisine. Amidst the colors, aromas, and stories linked to the territory, every purchase will become a moment of discovery.

After shopping together, we will return to my home to prepare a full three-course lunch. Guests will actively participate in the preparation, assisting me in the kitchen and learning simple and authentic techniques. The lunch, made with fresh and seasonal ingredients, combines an appetizer, first course, side dish, and dessert in a complete taste experience.
