    Every detail is designed to offer you unique and unforgettable moments. Through our dishes, we will tell you a story of tradition and love for genuine and traditional cuisine.

    You will enjoy dishes made with fresh Adriatic fish, personally selected from local producers. The menu includes: cuttlefish salad, pasta with shrimp, cherry tomatoes and lime, or spaghetti with clams, followed by a traditional tart. The experience will take place in the tranquility of our garden, in a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

    Massimiliano è stato eccezionale, è riuscito a trasmetterci la sua passione per la cucina mostrandoci come realizzare due piatti: tortelli classici con zucca e amaretti, e una versione più particolare con lonza e zucca.     Our family had a lovely cooking experience with Max. He was very welcoming of us in his house. Max is very knowledgeable and passionate about his cooking. We had an incredible meal, which we were excited to contribute to. Max guided us through technique and provided us with written recipes for us to recreate at home. Max was generous with his time and encouraged us to feel welcome in his home and share in the experience of cooking and enjoying a meal together.     Since I was a boy, I've been fascinated by cooking, captivated by its colors and aromas. At home, I watched my grandmother and mother prepare fresh pasta and Sunday ragù. I was always intrigued by how simple ingredients could create dishes that evoke emotions, like spaghetti with tomato and basil or eggplant parmigiana. My cooking is simple and genuine, based on three words: passion, quality, and technique. I select the highest quality ingredients, emphasizing locality and sustainability. For me, cooking is about dedication and generosity: spending time sourcing the best ingredients and putting love into preparing meals for those at my table. I love cooking simple, authentic dishes, from fresh pasta to seafood, experimenting with combinations and textures. In summer, seasonal vegetables from my garden, seasoned with fresh herbs, are a staple. I'm also passionate about baking, making bread, rolls, and Roman-style pizza. For me, good food makes everyone happier.
