Every Wednesday I expect you at my home to experience a different evening than usual: an experience of good food, sharing and new acquaintances!
Calendar of the Mani in Pasta Experience in Fasano (beginning at h19.00) :
-30/10: orecchiette pasta with tomatoes and stracciatella cheese
-13/11: panzerotti
-27/11: panzerotti
-11/12: fried scones and charcuterie board
We will put our hands in the dough to prepare together a traditional recipe of which you will learn the making and secrets. After the class we will taste the prepared dish and toast with a good wine. It will be a unique opportunity to share an evening and meet new people.

- A really enjoyable cooking and cultural experience with Maria. She is a very welcoming and friendly person and excellent cook. The farm visits and visiting her beautiful home was a real delight. The experience was highlight of my stay in puglia .
- Maria was a glorious teacher of her Italian cuisine and her masseria that you get to cook in is gorgeous. Picking from her garden and bringing the ingredients back to cook was amazing. She had her daughter with her to help interpret as well and they are both very joyful people.
- Maria is a fantastic host with great experience in the local coucine and traditions. We had a great afternoon and made pasta orecchiette and much more interesting dishes, we hope to come back and would highly recommend this venue and Maria
