I’m a Sicilian chef, now retired, and I’ve chosen to devote my time to my greatest passions: fishing and tending to my garden. Every day, I personally source the freshest ingredients, all strictly zero-kilometer and seasonal, to bring my recipes to life. With what nature provides,I prepare authentic dishes from both Sicilian and Sardinian traditions, blending flavors, aromas, and culinary wisdom passed down through generations. From homemade fresh and stuffed pasta, to seafood specialties like stews and baked fish, all the way to heartier fare such as the traditional Sardinian porcetto (roast suckling pig). To end on a sweet note, I serve the most beloved desserts of our heritage: Sicilian cassata, crispy cannoli filled with fresh ricotta, and seadas with honey and scented with orange zest

I’m a retired chef, and I’ve spent most of my life in the kitchen. My greatest passion is working with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Together with my wife, I decided to open our home to share culinary experiences, using vegetables from my garden, locally sourced meats, and fresh fish from nearby fishermen. As a Sicilian, I love blending the flavors of my homeland with those of Sardinia — both from the sea and the land — creating a unique and delicious fusion. I’m also passionate about teaching, especially when it comes to traditional desserts like Seadas, Cannoli, and Sicilian Cassata.
