that will allow us to relive ancient sensations. we will knead ancient flours and with strictly local products we will make her Majesty the tortello maremmano that we will go to taste at the end of the experience together with a wonderful glass of Rosso selected among the best wines from the many wineries in the area. The experience will also be completed with a tasting of local cured meats and cheeses
