    Explore the authentic flavors of Tuscany of yesteryear by sitting at my table. You will be transported back in time as you enjoy dishes typical of the countryside of my Pistoia. If you love genuine flavors, you are in the right place. I will make you savor traditional dishes, somewhat forgotten but with unmistakable flavors. During our meeting, I will tell you curiosities and anecdotes about my territory and my family. We will start the culinary journey with the classic Ribollita soup, continue with crostini and fett'unta, accompanied by local cold cuts and cheeses. There will be no shortage of traditional desserts prepared with chestnut flour. Everything will be accompanied by delicious local wine. I am waiting for you to share this authentic and rich gastronomic experience together.

    Elena was so lovely and kind, her home was beautiful and she was a fantastic teacher. We also came with our three year old daughter and Elena was so helpful with her and she loved learning to cook the pasta! I highly recommend this experience - it was a short drive from Prato and we loved it :)

    We had a lovely and experiential evening. Met with great hospitality and kindness. We got really delicious food, and it was fun to be part of the Italian kitchen and taste family dishes. We would definitely recommend Elena and her cooking. Maybe we will make homemade pasta when we get home to Denmark
