Your experience

Enjoy a completely vegetarian/vegan dinner in my garden.

A good wine/beer and kombucha of my own making will welcome you. The menu will be decided together, below are some of my suggestions: hummus, babaganoush, pasta with seasonal vegetables, Pantelleria salad, venus rice with homemade pesto and cherry tomatoes, pasta alla norma or Trapanese style, oatmeal and vegetable soup, stuffed bread, carasau bread pie, focaccia with olives, omelette with aromatic herbs from my garden. As for desserts: wine tarallucci, tiramisù, zaletti, ice cream with homemade cookie, typical Veneto peasant dessert , apple pie. I will take into account your preferences (e.g., no garlic, no lactose). You will eat fresh vegetables from my garden or bought at a km 0 market, organic!

I love making bread and pizza with sourdough and a minimum 24-hour fermentation, fresh pasta (like tagliatelle, gnocchi, and tortellini filled with herbs and typical cheeses, or with pumpkin), and risottos (such as Amarone and Monte Veronese or vegetable risottos from my garden). In our home, we are all vegetarians/vegans, so I prefer ingredients of plant origin. However, I can also cook well with animal-based ingredients if guests want to try some typical Venetian dishes! For example, risotto with "tastasal" (sausage), boiled meat with "pearà," "pokenta," and stew.
