Had an absolutely phenomenal afternoon with Mascia. Not only was it an enriching culinary experience, we also had wonderful discussions about the history of the cuisine and of the region. Everything was exceptionally organized and time just flew! Highly recommended experience!

We had such a wonderful time at Mascia’s cooking class! The setting was beautiful, welcoming, and felt like a truly authentic Italian experience. Mascia was incredibly accommodating with the menu, patient, kind, and thoughtful throughout the entire experience. She is a phenomenal cook and clearly passionate about sharing the food and traditions of the region. We loved participating hands-on, learning about the ingredients and techniques, and then sitting down to enjoy the delicious meal we made together. Her daughter joined us as well, which made the experience feel even more personal and special. It was relaxed, warm, and one of those experiences that made our trip extra memorable. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our day with Mascia was phenomenal! Along with being well prepared and walking us through the entire cooking process Mascia welcomed us into her home with open arms. Additionally, because there were only two of us we were able to ask Mascia and her husband Luka all kinds of questions about Italy which was so enlightening. They also took us to visit their local "Ghost Town." By far our time Mascia and Luka was the most fun we have had here in Italy!🙂

We absolutely loved our cooking class 10 out of 10. Macia was amazing. Great teaching skills, great conversation, and just a beautiful person. She even gave us a pleasant quick tour of her beautiful town. All around just a wonderful experience. My wife says one of her favorite parts of her vacation. You won’t be disappointed!

Mascia was wonderful! Prepared two great dinners for our party of five. Her pasta carbonara is the best thing I’ve ever tasted! Highly recommend!

Cooking is my greatest passion, as are quality ingredients to be transformed into dishes. In fact, I personally produce bread with my mother yeast, fresh pasta, cheese and more. This is because in the family we cultivate garden and we raise livestock from which to get truly genuine food. All served on a table set with care every day in the respect we have for food and wine, my other great passion that led me to attend a course to be able to enjoy it more awareness.
