Pasta in the Sicilian culinary culture, plays an important role.When we gather with family and friends, the dish par excellence is La Pasta...strictly handmade.During the course you will learn every secret and different ways of making pasta, with egg or only with water and flour.At the end you will taste pasta made with your own hands accompanied by a good local wine and seasoned with its traditional sauce but above all you will be able to prepare it at home with your family and friends.

- Wonderful cooking night with Maria Rita in her beautiful home! We had fun making fresh pasta, a regional potato dish and tiramisu. Even learned some interesting food facts about Sicilian cuisine! Maria was patient and kind - we thank her for a beautiful night!
- There were 6 of us including a 4 yr old, all had a great time and several will start making pasta for the first time after taking this class. Maria was excellent and will be mentioned on the most popular radio show in Norway!

I am looking forward to trying the Ravioli, pepperonata and almond biscuits again! So tasty and I learnt so many tips on ingredients and methods. The food was amazing and it was such a fun experience. My husband and I enjoyed this very much! Maria Rita and her husband were wonderful hosts, so kind and warm.
