I had a wonderful cooking experience with Cristina in Rome. We prepared four traditional Roman pasta dishes, and Cristina explained every step clearly, including the small but important details that make these recipes authentic. The class was very well organized, friendly and relaxed. Cristina is a warm and generous host who makes you feel welcome in her kitchen from the very beginning. Cooking together and then sharing the meal felt like experiencing a genuine piece of Roman life rather than simply attending a cooking lesson. I learned a lot, had a great time and received the recipes afterward so that I could prepare the dishes again at home. I highly recommend Cristina’s class to anyone who loves Italian food and wants an authentic and personal experience in Rome.

One of the best experiences of my life! I would score higher if possible. Francesca was a charming host and a good teacher. The resulting meal was exceptional. We had the added privilege of meeting her 3 daughters who were equally as charming as their mother. When the time was over, it felt like we were saying goodbye to old friends. The experience that Claudia provided was exceptional. After an informative walk through Spoleto purchasing some produce, we were welcomed into her home to prepare the meal. Wonderful appetizers of different types of bruschetta, salami and sausage, and ricotta with homemade fig marmalade. Then we made fresh Strengozzi pasta with a homemade tomato sauce. Claudia and Francesco are wonderful hosts and we highly recommend this experience!
