Gian was a great teacher; his instructions were clear, useful, and easy to follow, and he shared so many helpful cooking tips along the way. We prepared delicious Piedmontese cuisine, including a salad, main dish, and dessert. I also received great tips for pairing wine with food. He is friendly and interesting to talk with. He served dinner just like in a restaurant, and we had fantastic conversations while enjoying the delicious meal with him. It was a wonderful experience to bring home, and I am inspired to cook the dishes he taught me very soon. Grazie mille, Gian!

We had the most amazing cooking class with Renata! It ended up being just the two of us making the experience feel so personal and special. Renata was so lovely and taught us how to make fresh pasta and tiramisu from scratch. Everything tasted incredible all thanks to her! We also enjoyed some delicious starters and wine along the way before finishing the night with our homemade tiramisu. The main pasta was to die for! Renata was so welcoming, patient and fun to learn from. It was such a lovely, authentic experience and easily one of the highlights of our trip. We honestly couldn’t recommend her or the class any more highly. Thank you Renata! ❤️🍝🍷

Ray and I had an excellent cooking class with Ofelia. She gave us a regional history of cooking as well as general knowledge of Italian history. Ofelia showed us simple recipes that we can implement at home immediately. Both of us enjoyed our time with Ofelia and the food was delicious.
