You only choose the amount and the occasion. Everything else — which experience, in which city, with whom, when — is decided by whoever receives the gift.

We had such a great experience with this cooking class! It ended up being a very intimate and personal experience, which made it feel incredibly authentic Massimiliano took the time to show us different techniques, followed our pace throughout the class, and took really good care of us. He was more than generous, and you could really tell how much thought went into the whole experience It was a really amazing experience and honestly a great way to end our trip. If you’re considering doing a cooking class, I’d definitely recommend this one!!!

Benedetta graciously welcomed us into her home for such a beautiful and authentic cooking experience. We learn’t how to make two pasta dishes from scratch, spinach & ricotta ravioli and tagliatelle with a tomato and basil sauce, as well as the most divine tiramisu! The class was equal parts learning and fun, with all dishes turning out incredible. This is our first time in Florence and couldn’t be more grateful to Benedetta, her amazing cooking skills and wonderful hospitality. This will always be a special experience to remember our time by. If you’re looking for an authentic experience and an opportunity to learn about another wonderful culture through food, you definitely need to meet Benedetta and do her class.

10/10 experience! We had such a wonderful, intimate dining experience with our hosts. The meal was several courses, and so many of the ingredients were incredibly fresh, including produce straight from their own farm. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious, and they were so accommodating of our vegetarian diet. What made the experience even more special was how warm and welcoming the hosts were — it genuinely felt like being invited into someone’s home for an incredible meal. They even sent us the recipes for some of the dishes we loved and asked about, which was such a thoughtful touch. Amazing food, fresh local ingredients, and wonderful hospitality. One of the most memorable dining experiences of our trip. Highly recommend — 10/10!
