In the crowded town of Messina we were welcomed in Rossella‘s quiet, beautiful home. It was perfectly organized and the communication with her husband Giuseppe via phone worked without problems. Also during the event we learned a lot about Sicily and of course the art of preparing Arancini. Rossella showed us how to prepare them and now we are pretty sure, we will be able to repeat the process at home, also thanks to her videos and further recommedations for ingredients and kitchen utensils.
