I absolutely loved the pizza lesson!! Massimiliano welcomed us into his home and made sure the experience was amazing. It was a lot of fun to learn about the making of the pizza. He even made some dessert for us and he had plenty of drinks. He was patient, kind, and explained everything very well. The atmosphere was great with loving conversations. Our cooking class in Sicily was truly one of the highlights of our entire trip! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, relaxed, and completely immersed in the wonderful food and culture of Sicily. The experience was so much more than simply learning how to cook. We learned about traditional Sicilian ingredients, techniques, and the stories behind the dishes, all while having a wonderful time. They even played the traditional Sicilian music we requested. Everything prepared was absolutely delicious, and it was so special to sit down with the family together afterward and enjoy the meal we had created. Fernanda and her daughter, Irene, were warm, patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience fun and memorable. There was plenty of laughter, great conversation, dancing, and of course, amazing food! We gathered around a beautifully set table. Fernanda's husband, Nucchio, and son, Allesio, joined in the celebration of good food and local wine. We will remember this experience for a very long time and would wholeheartedly recommend this cooking class to anyone visiting Sicily. If you're looking for an authentic, personal, and delicious Sicilian experience, don't miss this class! It was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip.

I truly don't know if it could have been a better experience. We started out making 2 fypes of pasta. The instructions were simple to understand and complete. The Mom & Son exchanges were so fun! The food we were served was all from their garden. They gave us enough food to last for at least 2 additional meals. The hospitality was top notch. If we ever come to Marsalas again, we will be doing this experience again. We loved the time we spent with them

Frequently asked questions
How does the Cesarine Gift Card work?
Choose the amount for the Gift Card by selecting one of the preset options or entering the amount you prefer. You can personalize the Gift Card by selecting a theme and adding a message for the gift recipient.
Then, proceed with the purchase: once the payment is completed, you’ll receive an email with the Gift Card attached. If you wish, you can also email the Gift Card directly to the recipient from the purchase confirmation page.
What are the minimum and maximum amounts?
From €50 to €500. Pick one of the preset amounts — €50, €100 or €200 — or type any figure you like within those limits.
When does the Gift Card arrive? Can I schedule the delivery?
The Gift Card arrives by email within minutes of payment, attached as a PDF. There is no scheduled delivery: it comes to you and you forward it whenever you like, Christmas morning included. From the order confirmation page you can also have it sent straight to the recipient's email address.
Do I need an account to buy or use the Gift Card?
To complete the purchase, yes: the checkout asks you to sign in or register. To use it, no: the recipient can book their experience as a guest, entering the code at payment.
How to book after purchasing the Gift Card?
You can use the Gift Card to purchase any experience on cesarine.com with a value equal to or greater than that of the card. After selecting the experience, simply enter the Gift Card code in the “Promo Code” field in the cart and click “Apply”: the Gift Card value will be deducted from the total amount. For any questions, visit help.cesarine.com.
Do I have to spend the whole amount at once?
Yes: the Gift Card is used on a single booking and in full — it leaves no balance to spend later. So pick an experience that costs at least as much as the Gift Card; if it costs more, you only pay the difference.
Can I use two Gift Cards on the same booking?
No: one Gift Card per booking.
How long is the Gift Card valid?
The Gift Card will be active for one year from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the Gift Card PDF, along with the amount.
What language does the Gift Card come in?
You choose it when you buy — Italian, English, Spanish, French or German. The card and the instructions for using it arrive in the language you picked.
Can I print the Gift Card?
Yes — it is a PDF. Print it and hand it over, or forward the email as it is.
Are Gift Cards refundable?
No, Gift Cards are non-refundable.
If I cancel the booking, do I lose the Gift Card?
No. If a booking paid with the Gift Card is cancelled, the Gift Card becomes active again and can be used for another experience.
