We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Emanuela. First of all, the views from her home are beautiful. It was such a privilege spending the afternoon in her home getting to know her and Mauri and learning about Napoli. The booking process was simple and straightforward. I was pretty vague in my request for what we wanted to cook, but she crafted the most perfect menu that featured homemade ravioli with a fresh red sauce with Marzano tomatoes (my request) and a second butter & sage sauce, which she suggested, saying it was her preferred sauce. She was absolutely right - it was delicious! We also made mozzarella in carrozza, which was like a fried cheese sandwich, (yum) and finished with two different kinds of tiramisu (limoncello and coffee). The day before our booking, she reached out to me asking if we’d like to arrange a car pick-up and drop-off, which was a nice surprise and was super convenient. Overall, our experience was 10/10 — would absolutely book again.
